Joe has been in practice for over 35 years. His practice consists primarily of personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, arbitration, and mediation. He is certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, is a Diplomat of the National College of Advocacy and has been a seminar speaker for the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the Albuquerque Bar Association, the State Bar of New Mexico, The National Trial Institute, and many other organizations.
He received his BA from Colby College in 1967 and his JD from Syracuse University in 1970. He is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America (Sustaining Member), and National College of Advocacy (Diplomat). Joe has been admitted to practice in New York and New Mexico where he is on the New Mexico Medical Review Committee, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Joe has been a contributing author of numerous texts including, “Determining Coverage and Obtaining Policy Limits”, Insurance Settlement Handbook, 1990; co-Author: Civil Trial Procedures in New Mexico, 1993; Advanced Personal Injury Practice in New Mexico and Trial Strategies for High Dollar Cases.
